Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SearchConsole.ai and its website, OAuth authorization service, MCP server, and related features (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required by law in your location.

The Service

SearchConsole.ai connects a Google account to compatible MCP clients so that you can request Google Search Console information and operations through those clients. Features may include property discovery, performance analytics, URL inspection, indexing information, and sitemap management.

The public Service provides read-only tools and does not add, modify, submit, or delete Search Console resources. SearchConsole.ai does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, or other search-engine outcomes.

Your account and authorization

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and connected clients, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may connect only Google accounts and Search Console properties that you are authorized to access.

You authorize SearchConsole.ai to use the permissions you grant through Google OAuth to perform your requested Service functions. You can revoke that authorization through your Google Account settings. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party products, including Google Search Console, Google OAuth, hosting providers, MCP clients, and potentially ChatGPT. We do not control those products and are not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or independent handling of your information. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements and policies.

SearchConsole.ai is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or OpenAI.

Ownership and feedback

We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Google account or Search Console data to us.

If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Changes, availability, and termination

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features and may introduce usage limits or paid plans with appropriate notice. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party outages, or other reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Google access. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accurate.

Tool results can depend on data and systems supplied by Google and other third parties. You should verify important information and maintain appropriate backups and controls before relying on or acting on results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchConsole.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
